Our customer experience is our priority and it is vital we ensure that you’re truly satisfied with your order. Hermanda offers exchanges within 10 business days of the order delivery date for only cover-ups and accessories. Due to hygiene purposes, all swimwears cannot be exchanged or returned.

All exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Return shipping will be paid by the customer using their choice of courier service or Aramex.
